You know how I feel about favorite this and favorite that, it's hard to pin me down on a 'favorite' anything.  In this theme series I will go deep into my Blown Fuse to uncover my favorite Comedians from Don E's past to present.

Back when I was a little kid [longlongtimeago] there weren't a lot of female Comedians, as I can remember.  However this weeks featured bit stands out in my mind.  Phyllis Diller, who began her claim to fame in my Bay Area seemed to always be a variety show staple.  My memories start before her appearances on Laugh In, but hearing her on the ole am radio.  My folks tell me from seeing her doing live stand up in Reno/Tahoe that she was reallllly dirty! which was not her persona on TV.
